Liz Baldock is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. She began her teaching career in Dallas ISD where she taught for five years. After her son was born, she and her husband, Grady decided to move back to Nacogdoches to be closer to family.
Liz taught for Lufkin ISD and Nacogdoches ISD for twenty years. She has experience as a Bilingual, ESL, Dual Language and General Ed teacher. After returning to Dallas in the summer of 2016, she worked for Dallas ISD as an elementary Spanish teacher at two different campuses. She retired from public education in May of 2017and is excited to start a new chapter in her career at Dallas Academy.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband, Grady works in the Technology Department at DA. Their son, Hayden and daughter-in-law, Megan are their new neighbors. Her daughter, Ellie, is a flight attendant for American Airlines and lives in Philadelphia. Liz enjoys bike riding, walking and exploring “new” places in Dallas.
