Sarah Lewis is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and has a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Dallas. Sarah has been an educator for seventeen years. Her classroom teaching experiences include kindergarten, first, and second grade.

 

Sarah is a Certified Academic Language Therapist and State Licensed Dyslexia Therapist. In addition to being a classroom teacher, she has worked as an intervention specialist, literacy support staff member at schools here in the Dallas area. She also has been a teacher trainer for Multisensory Instruction in Allen and McKinney. Before coming to Dallas Academy she served as the Literacy Specialist and Dyslexia Intervention Teacher at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School serving 3rd through 8th grade students.

 

She is thrilled to be a part of Dallas Academy as a teacher in the Lattner Lower School.
